Return policy

If the client prefers so, he can send the order, either in part or in full, back to the seller. The client must immediatelly notify the seller about it by the e-mail message and a scanned copy of the local post office delivery receipt must be attached to this message.

The goods must be sent back within two weeks after the delivery to the client.  The seller has the right to refuse to accept any goods sent back after this period and is not obliged to refund in such a case.

All goods sent back must be packed and wrapped up properly to prevent the damage during the transport back.

All shipping costs will be paid by the client.

The seller will refund the price of goods sent back only after the goods arrive back. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
